So if you’re a reader of my blog I often only mention high-end products. The only reason I can justify this is that I only really buy makeup online. I live in a town in Wales where the only store with any real selection of makeup is Boots, and it's not a really big store either. So the selection of makeup I have at my disposal in person is quite limited. If I am going to buy drugstore makeup, ill make an online boots order as its free delivery if you collect in store. Something that I always have in my personal makeup bag, and probably something ill buy for my freelancing kit (let me know if you want a blog post on this) is the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer. So as I am writing this post, I officially have 9 days until I am going to Paris! To some people it might not sound like a big deal, however, I have been wanting to go to Paris forever since I love art so much, plus the fact I haven't really been anywhere outside the country in 3 years. I am so excited I cannot even explain. Most people when they go on holiday wonder about which kind of clothes and shoes they will take, but I have been wondering ever since the trip has been booked is what makeup I should take. I am very much hoping that it will be much sunnier in Paris compared to Wales when we go, so I bought a foundation from a brand that I've always wanted to try. I got the It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better Full Coverage CC Cream in the shade Fair. I am subscribed to Lilly Pebbles on Youtube and her friend Anna from the channel The Anna Edit, and they talked about this foundation a lot. It also contains spf50 so it's going to be great if the sun decides to come out....

I am not a "professional" lip swatcher by any means, however, I thought I would show which of the Kat Von D Liquid Lipsticks that I own. I highly recommend these if you are looking for a liquid lipstick that doesnt budge and really clings on, these are your best bet. At the moment she has a shade range that stretches to 26 colours however this new year she will be adding an additional 25 to her line. Some of which will be realeased soon and some in the spring, however, you can check out the new shades on her Instagram. I own 11 of the shades from her current line at the moment. Through the past couple of years I have been ordering them from Sephora in the US. Thank the heavens you can now get them in the Uk though Debenhams, however you will be waiting longer if you are looking for the newer items, so I might still consider ordering from the US if you want newer arrivals sooner.
