A Little Something Extra

So if you’re a reader of my blog I often only mention high-end products. The only reason I can justify this is that I only really buy makeup online. I live in a town in Wales where the only store with any real selection of makeup is Boots, and it's not a really big store either. So the selection of makeup I have at my disposal in person is quite limited. If I am going to buy drugstore makeup, ill make an online boots order as its free delivery if you collect in store. Something that I always have in my personal makeup bag, and probably something ill buy for my freelancing kit (let me know if you want a blog post on this) is the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer. This may be my biggest sephora haul to date however I am going away to visit a friend in London next month so I wanted to pick up some limited edition make up that I wanted before I start saving up my pennies when I go to the big city. The star of the show I guess would be the Jaclyn Hill x Becca Face Palette which has been on my wishlist ever since I saw it. I think i’ll make a more in-depth post about this single palette as it very much deserves it. It comes with the legendary champagne pop highlight which everyone and their mother, father and dog should own, 3 blush shades and described by Jaclyn to be Champagne pops little sister Prosecco Pop. This highlight is more of a golden shade, more gold than moonstone and would probably be a close call to opal even though I do not own this shade. So, here comes part two of my huge beauty haul. Starting off with my order from Selfridges. This was the first order that I had made with the company and I have to say it came super quick and neatly packaged, I would really recommend shopping with them for high end make up. The first thing I popped into my basket was something that I saw all over social media, especially Instagram. This is the Jorgobé Peel Off Mask. I have large pores so I get blackheads easily and masks don't usually draw out all the dirt thats stuck in them so I opted to try this mask. I have used it a couple of times and I am in love, its a black mask with tea extracts that pulls out all the dirt. When the mask is dry you can feel all the bumps of dirt under the mask which is pretty cool. I use this in conjunction with other mask during the week and I have noticed a reduction in black heads especially around my nose area.
