A Little Something Extra

Make Up Geek Shadows have made their way to the Uk. Watching the American beauty gurus go on about their make up geek shadows in their Z Palettes made me really jealous. Before, the only way you can get a personalized palette here was to go to MAC. Personally, that system didn't appeal to me. The Mac counter that is closest to me is in Chester, which is over an hour away. Granted I could buy the pans and the palette online however when you look at the price comparison there is a big difference. Mac pan shadows are £10 each while the Make Up Geek shadows on the  Beauty Bay Website  are £4.95. From what Ive swatched of Mac shadows every time I've been at a counter, the Make Up Geek shadows do compare in quality. They even compare to Urban Decay shadows which are my fave. Another unintended post, however I had to post about this lip liner! Ever since 2014 when it was on trend to have purple lips, I have been on the hunt for the perfect purple lip colour. Purple can make teeth look yellow, so Ive always stuck to the more plumb and mauve toned purples. Recently I was a photo on Pinterest of this lip colour and I wanted it so bad!! I don't quite know why I got the lip liner instead of the actual lipstick however I'm glad I did now as it lasts for such a long time on the lips, plus I can use it as a base for other lipsticks.
