My Actual Sephora Order. Biggest One Yet!

Image
This may be my biggest sephora haul to date however I am going away to visit a friend in London next month so I wanted to pick up some limited edition make up that I wanted before I start saving up my pennies when I go to the big city. The star of the show I guess would be the Jaclyn Hill x Becca Face Palette which has been on my wishlist ever since I saw it. I think i’ll make a more in-depth post about this single palette as it very much deserves it. It comes with the legendary champagne pop highlight which everyone and their mother, father and dog should own, 3 blush shades and described by Jaclyn to be Champagne pops little sister Prosecco Pop. This highlight is more of a golden shade, more gold than moonstone and would probably be a close call to opal even though I do not own this shade. As I said I will let you guys know more of my thoughts on the feature blog post about this palette. The next big palette that is everywhere at the moment that i got was the Anastasia

The Highstreet Palette that the Americans Are Going Nuts Over?

Image
Recently this palette has been getting a lot of attention from the big names in the Beauty community on Youtube, especially the Americans. I believe it was first mentioned by Jaclyn Hill on her snapchat which is when Jeffree Star started to mention it in his videos and then Manny Mua followed short.  These are pretty big names with collectively millions of subscribers so when something as affordable as this gets attention enough for them to ship from the Uk to America, people take notice! In the Uk the price point is at £9.99 at Boots stores which is affordable for 4 shades of highlight. The palettes that are currently available are Precious Metals which include 3 creams and 1 Powder, and then The Solstice which includes 3 powders and 1 cream. I havent really owned a highstreet highlighter before as I find that when they are swatched in the shops they are very dry and glittery. Out of these two I would have to go with the ever popular Solstice palette. I personal

My Next Sephora Order?

Image
I may or may not make another sephora order next time payday rolls around the corner and I thought I would share my top pics. Anastasia Beverly Hills Single Eyeshadows - I own the Self-Made Palette from this brand and I love it! The quality is amazing and I would love to own a neutral palette made up of their formula and now that you can buy the single pans. May actually have to invest in a Z Palette. BECCA x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Pop Collection Face Palette - I already own Champagne Pop but have you guys seen this palette? I am really interested in this as I really want to try the new highlight shade Prosecco pop and the shimmering blush shade! BECCA x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Pop Collection Eyeshadow Palette - When I made the collage I really wanted to get my hands on this palette as the colours look stunning and I've never tried Becca eyeshadows, plus hello its Limited Edition!! However there has been a lot of controversy about this palette and its no longer available, weep !

L'Oreal Nude Magique Lumi Cushion Review

Image
This foundation has been the best thing to happen to the highstreet since contour compacts and highlighting palettes. Cushion foundations have been a thing within asian beauty for a while and it has slowly been creeping up to the west beauty scene. I first time I heard about an easy accessible cushion foundation was the Lancôme Miracle Cushion Fluid Foundation which actually has the shame amount of product (14g) as the L'Oreal however its twice the price (obviously). This range currently has 7 shades of poor choice, as they only range from very light to light medium. Great news for the pale people however not so great for those who are medium to deep skin tones. This is where the Lancôme Cushion Foundation wins as they do have a variety from light to deep shades. I got the lightest shade just to be on the safe side and that 01 Porcelain which is usually the shade name for the lightest shade that a lot of companies make, and I have to say its a pretty good match for me.
