My Top 5 Nude Lipsticks

Following my recent blog post of my top 5 red lipsticks, I have decided to also share my top 5 nudes. I wear these on most days rather than a red lip, so you might already have these in your collections.

My most favourite nude that I own is the Nudestix Lip and Cheek Pencil in the shade Whisper. When I do not want to wear a bronzed look I go for this shade. It's a perfect nude for when I am wearing a neutral or cool toned look. When I go out I often wear this shade as, although it isn't a long-wearing formula, It's a lipstick and liner in one so I can just throw it in my bag. I also love it as a blush.

The fanciest nude shade that I own is the Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G lipstick in the shade Kim KW. When I first saw this shade I thought that it might be too nude for me, but I bought it and found that it's the perfect peachy pink shade. This is the nude shade that I wear when I am slightly tanned and when in wearing a bronzed look. This is a shade I wear in the summer all the time.

From following this brand on Instagram I was sucked in by the videos that they share. Beauty Bakerie makes the most budge proof liquid lipsticks. On this Instagram you see people swatching them, putting their arms under water and it still doesn't budge. I have the shades Honey and Asos Nude. Honey is a more pink nude while Asos Nude, which is exclusive to Asos, is a more peachy nude.

One fo the newest nudes to my collection is the Kat Von D Everlasting Lipstick in the Shade Ophelia. I must admit that I didn't know how much I would love this shade. I thought it might be just a tad darker than the shade Noble which I already have in my collection. A lip that I used to wear often was a mixture of the shade Bow and Arrow and the shade noble, however, Ophelia is much like the combination in one lipstick shade.

Lastly, the nude that has become my go-to for daily wear is the Too Faced Melted Matte in the shade Child Star. Never would I have thought that I would be wearing a liquid lipstick daily, but I really love this shade. I can wear it with any look. It claims to have been infused with a no-sting lip plumper and filler. When I first put this on I did feel a coldness on the lips, however, the more I use it the less of a sensation I feel. The colour, however, is still a beautiful shade. I will not be putting this shade down anytime soon.
